I have severely burning and numb feet from neuropathy. Does not usually pulse. I don't know which of my diseases it comes from, but I didn't have it until I got Polycythemia Vera, which is too high platelets and red cells. Sometimes I have to put the feet on ice if it is bad. I use Badger Balm on the toes, which helps a little. Most important is to get enough aspirin to thin the blood and make the thick blood go through the vessels, but it is not a cure for this, there is no cure. It causes neuropathy. My numb feet are one reason I fell down stairs and broke a leg.
I can't take aspirin by mouth. I grind it and mix with a good thick cream and rub into my skin. I can't say if thinning the blood will help MS. For thinning other things that help are E Complex, garlic, and green tea.
Even before the PV came along, I had somewhat numb and clumsy feet, but they did not burn or tingle much. I've had the PV dx about 5 years. Older dx's are MS and Porphyria
