Stupid question.....how do you know when you starting a manic period?
As you all know this is new to me, how do you know when a manic period is starting? I am starting to do strange things (I think) and hearing things again. I am seeing my psych nurse tomrrow and keep wondering if I am just dreaming it up or its really happening.
