There seem to be quite a few types of MS gait. I've heard of broad-based gait, scissors gait, and ataxic gait, for instance.
At my most recent neuro visit, a comment was made about my scissors gait. I wasn't aware it was happening at the time.
Sometimes my legs seem out of my control. Other times I look down and find them kicking out sideways from the knees when I thought I was just walking normally.
