Default Do check your med records and see if:

A FULL metabolic blood panel was done.
IF you are low in calcium and magnesium [possibly Vitamin D too-tho that's a more specialized test?] then consider these supplements as a trio.
Use the 'search' feature on the dark blue bar and ask about them... you'll find lots of info from Mrs D under the 'Supplements' forum. I mean LOTS!
Starting to take it helps? But do keep in mind that it takes a month or more to really kick in. It worked for me, what more can be said?
Tremors are often due to various neuropathies and/or due to calcium deficiencies resulting from the pain meds [many are notorious calcium depleters].
Do go slowly reading this INFO? It's a LOT and it is complicated. You can suffer from either brain freeze or burnout if you're not careful. Take in what you can in small doses, digest that then get more specific.
Do let us know how you are doing in the future? And remember-there is not a single silly or stupid question I or many others have asked in the past! We learn, and evolve or something like that...
Hugs and hope! 's !!!!!! - j
