What confuses me is SFN should only include sensory symptoms, not motor symptoms (tremor & twitches of muscle) because motor fibres are large fibre.......if I am understanding this correctly.

Hi, Invisable - posted my reply directly at your topic, but it didn't seem to take. My tremors were "internal," hard to describe, but haven't had that for a number of months. Otherwise, just mild hand tremors and they are only occasional now.
Had what might have been fasciculations well before this thing began but not for a long time.
