Just went to another health topic at this website - Movement Disorders - because I saw the words "essential tremor."

Now I know what it was both my mother and maternal grandmother had - it was essential tremor. My grandmother had it of the hands, but not very badly, but she had the constant motion of the head and so did my mother.

Whether or not this is in any way connected to small fiber neuropathy, I have no idea. But I suspect that the tremors I've had/have are the result of essential tremor.
