Hey, Ada....I have my pharmacist put in my file "easy open lid only" cuz I can't get the childproof lids open either. And I then keep then in my dresser drawer

As for the lids on jars. HINT: If you take a steak knife, and take the pointy end and stick it under the lip of the jar, then pull out, so you are pulling the lid away from the jar kinda...and do this around the edge in about 3-4 places, it will loosen the jar so it just unscrews really easy...and it will still screw on securely
