I don't know whether or not anhidrosis gets better or not.
Seem to recall that you said that most of you turned almost completely orange (or was it purple - whatever color means not sweating or sweating enough) when you were tested. And now you drip sweat from face and trunk when outside in the heat. How about when doing a somewhat strenuous activity inside? Didn't somebody mention that Salagen made them perspire, or was that some other med.
Assuming you're aware that once perspiration shows/is felt, it's excess perspiration, maybe the anhidrosis is gone? Re-testing would tell you, if you want to do it again.
