Confused Strange symptoms from an un-likely victim?

OK, I'm writing in regards of my 19 year old sister, whose been complaining of the following symptoms for the past week now:

1. Twitchy feeling under the right eye.
2. Numbness at the tip and right side of the tongue.
3. Tightening feeling of the cheek muscle on the right side of the face.

Here's some more information about her:

She's on the skinny side, gets panic/anxiety attacks, hates milk and never drinks it, is allergic to peanut butter, orange soda, and red sauce, is generally always complaining of pain in her knees, joints, has restless leg syndrome at times, has sensitive skin, gets bad migraines occasionally, and was always the nervous type, to the point where she bites the skin around her finger nails.

Additional information:

When the third symptom I mention occurs for her, it will come out of no where, and the right cheek will tighten so, that the right side of her lip would raise upward, and stay like that, along with her right eye twitching/throbbing underneath.

I have no idea what this may be, so any suggestions on what it could be would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
