I am so, so sorry for your pain. I am also WC, The Hartford has driven me insane more times than I can count with their antics. It's hard to believe that people can be so cruel, but it is but it is. Try not to let it bother you because it can really make your RSD worse.

I would recommend that you ensure that you have absolutely the very best lawyer in town on your side.

In addition, on the RSDSA website, there are copies of previous newsletters. Just recently, in the past year or two, there was an article written by another RSDer who talked about how to have a doctor's license revoked for writing an IME that clearly fraudulant. If you have the energy, get a copy of your IME from your lawyer and go after the guy with your state's medical licensing board, for no other reason than it will make you feel like you are accomplishing something.

Please hang in there. I truly hope that things get better for you very soon.

XOXOX Sandy

I did not know the RSD spontaneously resolved according to this doctor, and that any injury that occurred 8 years ago should be completely healed. Also that there is no cause for depression. Unbelievable. He also states that there is no reason for any treatment and that a SCS would be totally worthless. I can't believe that the people that do these reports can be called doctors and really wonder if they can be sued for malpractice. Lisa
