If you live where it is 100 + degrees you need to drink gallons for water to stop the cramping in the middle of the night. Your muscles need the water during the day so at night you don't get those really painful muscles spasms. And yes bananas help as well. Hope this helps.

I really do drink a lot of water...love the stuff! I haven't had any cramping like before. I did go the gym and did a thirty minute walk on the treadmill, and 30 in the pool. Now that I'm home...boy..oboe

my left arm is really hurting. But I need to keep things moving. Maybe, I'll just do 15 minutes at a time. This really sucks because I was use to lifting weights, and power walking. I often watch senior citizens getting along better than me, and I'm...well lets just say I remember watching show 'Flipper," on TV.
