Exercising outdoors is so much more beautiful. Of course, when I go to the mountains, I use every trick in the book, which includes ultra-violet proof clothing, and walk all day. But cities are not my thing!

And at least for the next few years I am stuck.
I tend to watch T.V., or think of designs I am working on at the time.
I am going to the psychiatrist today, and unfortunately, for all his brilliance, he refuses to believe I have problems sleeping. So refuses to prescribe anything to help with that.
So today I am going armed with hard copies of research that links Lupus to sleep disturbances. I have also emiled them to him last night. I shall have a 'so there' look on my face when I give them to him.
I shall now get ready for my appt. I expect most of you to be asleep now.
