I havent seen a dr/tdoc/pdoc for months, I get to anxious/scared going to appointments. School is starting soon and I'd like to get back on the medications I was on when I left the hospital :[

hello Ginnie, thank you and welcome to NT. I haven't been on here in some time but it is nice to know that NT continues to have new visitors who find help here.
I just don't know what to do. I just want a one stop shop to get everything all together because I cant be tossed around anymore :[
