that was a great day waves, wow fish twice in one day!
good for you!
Breakfast: black coffee, avocado, milk, strawberries, vitamins
lunch: Subway flat bread turkey with tons of veggies), iced tea, apples
Dinner: sauted chicken, veggie salad(cuc, red peppers green onion, carrots, tomatoes), lite balsalmic vinegrette dressing, steamed asparagus with lemon.
walked on the 20% incline tred mill for 50 minutes at 3.5MPH rate.
home and I am feeling a bit peckish!
