This is the first time I've heard of anyone with np complain of buttock pain, so I'm excited to know this. My buttock pain is only when I sit, and its closer to the rectum area than the muscles in check area, but it can be both. You mentioned sitting for long periods is painful and I totally understand as I have to take a break every hour or two. The pressure point also includes the backs of the thighs.
Does anyone else have similar problems????
