I've tried to get professional help and everything that has happened just made me feel like an animal at the zoo. everyone trying to call the shots and tell me 'what's best for me' regardless of how I actually feel. I don't want to keep having to re-explain everything I've dealt with/gone through especially when whatever I say doesn't matter to any of them in the first place.
