hey, as cheating goes, that's excellent! Fish is wonderful food. And even Ornish can't be all THAT hung up on avoiding it, since he recommends taking
fish oil. Chicken and turkey are both very lean meats also, especially if you have breast.

these are all great foods. check the split pea ingredients to make sure it's all veg - some kinds have ham in them.
