Hi Jackie-

I also administrate a sciatic pain discussion group on facebook in which a good many folks from the isles participate. You may wish to post there to ask as well. The name is quirky. Blame my son, who set it up to be catchy.

Sciaticasucks is the name of the group if you want to give the fb try.
