Hello everyone i'm hoping that i will find someone that has had lost of nerves before surgery almost a year ago i had extreme leg pain i could walk after two emergency visits i was sent home where my legs turn jello and could not stand much less walk after my husband took me back to the hospital through a mri it was found that i had ruptured my disk L5.L4.L3,S1 after surgery the nerves didnt return slowly this past year i've gotten stronger with my trasfers and am able to stand longer holding on the rails my right big toe begin to move a bit but i still can't feel or walk if anyone has had similar situation please let me know i feel lost and alone and it's been a very hard year for me and my family the dr said it takes time for the nerves to regrow 1/4 of an a day it will be a year this 27th of August.
