been eating
fairly well.
last night, divided into about 3 takes, pasta with anchovies, mixed green leafy stuff plain, avocado, anchovies + seeded bread 1/2 sandwich, small slice of blackberry tart.
eggs again this morning - hardboiled. for lunch & afternoon snack, a veg-rice dish.
tonight...

shrimp with garlic, olive oil and a little butter for flavor, woohoo! spinach and carrots on the side. stole one bite of plain potato before seasoning it for the folks.
lecithin with almost every meal/snack.
still haven't got with the exercise, but did some more heavy cleaning - enough to raise heart rate and sweat - better than nothing.
