i hope your foot doctor visit goes well.
i am in maintenance mode too right now - not trying to lose weight - i feel too cruddy to try to pull any serious food maneuvers. i'm mostly just trying to avoid going overboard and not gain back the little i've lost... it didn't come off easy.

last night grilled chicken, fresh tomato, cucumber
brunch broccoli-bean-and-pasta soup.
snacks anchovy-and-tomato-sandwich, handful of peanuts.
dinner 2 slices lean pork round?, few pieces of potato & bell peppers, brussel sprouts
been having a beer almost every day lately, too.

it's been hot again, but i think i need to watch that.
