We had a lovely anniversary yesterday.
some friends of ours surprised us with a cake it was delicious!!!! It is a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling between 4 layers and weighs about 5 pounds! Today I sliced 5 healthy slices of it to give to friends leaving us with a much more mangable piece left. They spent a small fortune on it...
so good!...if you look closely at it you can see a man playing a guitar!
kind of halloweenish they know us well!

I did manage to only have 2 pieces of cake today and had 1 1/2 cups of turnip greens with a small tilapia filet for dinner and went to the gym and walked 3 miles on the tred mill.
