Quite a few on the whole site here have had frozen shoulders - maybe there posts will give some ideas.

I'm kind of surprised your Dr isn't following up this more, 3 yrs is a long time to deal with something like that.

Maybe time for a new or different Dr? Or give one more chance and ask for help for it, or a referral, if dr has no idea about what to do...

Sometimes we need to be blunt and speak up about what we need.
If they won't listen- move on...
