Interesting Carolyn,
I worked in chemicals for 36 years. I was in charge of a research center in Liverpool , then managed one in Littleborough (UK), then McCook (Chicago).
The last 10 years, I was SIte DIrector of a large chemicals plant making organic peroxides. Although I was in a desk job, I had to frequently visit the labs and production plants in the 18 acre factory. There were others in the factory who got PD.
