ProArgi9 uses very high doses....but it is a mixture of more than just arginine.

I am not sure how accurate its page is. From what I know most arginine remains in the GI tract since the lining of the gut has an affinity for it.

Using citrulline helps because it passes quickly and is converted to arginine in the tissues.

Dr. Ignarro's site is becoming popular so interest in arginine is increasing. But is has always been popular among the weight training crowd.

Taking high dose arginine may trigger herpes zoster.... as high arginine levels encourage replication of the dormant virus.

Most herpes sites recommend balancing with Lysine for this reason.

I think it is premature to say it reverses arthritis.
But that is just my opinion.
