firstly Welcome, good to have you around.

I live in a aged unit, amongst 8 people over the age of 70!!! I'm only 38, but I love all the little things in the house that help me out. I have rails in the shower and toilet, and they are life savers. I also have a shower chair, which I use when I'm very tired.

Something thats not in the home but I do use, are walking poles, they really help me out to be steady as I walk.
