Thank you for all the helpful suggestions.

I have been using a shower chair for about 2 1/2 months now, it seems like we just put it away and someone else needs it so out it comes. Love the walking pole idea! I'm back to walking daily when weather & leg muscles permit. I have a pair of giant kitchen tongs I use to grab some things that are higher up or lower down, I've also tied rope loops to my outdoor recycling bucket handles so I can DRAG them to the curb.

I have a wonderful PCP & neuro they are doing a great job of looking after all my medical and emotional needs. I would never get through this without the support & help of some great family and friends. I am truly blessed.

Thanks again,
Rachel
