You bring up a very good question! Although I am not familiar with this, I am hoping somebody here will be able to help you in answering this question.

You've battled this for quite some time from the sound of it?
Do you have a physician treating you for this condition, and if so, did he bring up the subject of possibly implanting the pain pump?
