The judge was ready to make a ruling but wanted to change the onset date....my atty said no. She wanted over a yr more. She called me the next day wanting me to let her send a letter to the judge asking again for the older date. I told her no, just let him be and I agreed with what he wanted. She wont answer my calls now and Im not sure what to do now. Is there a normal wait time?? Im more lost now than before. The judge did say I was disabled in the hearing, but after my atty wanted the her date, the judge said he would review and send me a letter..... Now what should I do??
