It takes a while to read thru all the areas of the site - but after reading again I keep finding things that I had forgotten about.

like this section
[7. Manual Pec Minor, Intercostal, and Clavicle Release

By palpating with your fingers the intercostal muscles in between each rib, you can release them . Use your breath to help guide the release. You can reach under the big pectoralis major and release the pectoralis minor. You do not need to be afraid of touching anything.
Connective tissue can get thick and stuck underneath the clavicle so thoroughly explore this area with your palpating hands. Remember to stay calm and neutral. You are just exploring and releasing as you find things. If a spot feels tender, you can just keep your hand there until the pain starts to decrease. Just spend some time being nice to your rib cage and the muscles of the area. Influence them to let go and clean up any hardened connective tissue you find by simply exploring the depths of it with your fingers. ]
on this page - http://www.bodymindresources.com/Class4/Class4lab.htm

but going step by step thru all the pages /stages is the best way -

Does anyone plan to try any of these ideas or stretches?

I plan to do them, I've been slacking off over the summer on a lot of this stuff.
Feeling like I need to buckle down for fall/winter and get a regular schedule going again...

I think I need to organize his stretches into a list so i can print it out and not have to keep looking at the computer screen & going to a different page for the next sequence.
