It did help me to focus and get my forearms to relax somewhat, but I don't know how it would cover all the area TOS affects...
And it was done for me after some sessions of PT already - so the worst of the injury was reduced and we were just using it to find out why my arm muscles were still under tension.
I really only had the most lasting help from my chiropractor and a few really good PT people.
Plus just overall watching my posture and shoulder/head alignment,
doing stretching and movements to keep things loose.
