I did production assembly work - injury/quit in 04.
Lots of reaching, grasping, twisting, tool use, lifting, detailed/ fine finger work, static forward postures at times and 10 hr work shift.
some standing ,some sitting but mostly lots of arms forward & head forward plus speed due to production quotas.
