Default Dystonia in toes?

Hi, new to all of this. Was recently "dx'd" (as in best guess) with late-onset, focal dystonia. Basically, the toes on my left foot clench/release while my foot is off the ground in mid-stride. Landing they are often "clenched" or seemingly grabbing at the floor, making it impossible to walk for any distance without a cane and toe-walking. Cannot find anything on the www to help me figure this out. Current neuro prescribed oral baclofen (80 mgs did nothing) and gabapentin.

Anyone else out there with this condition? I'm looking for alternative treatment options or "tricks" to make this easier (I've tried a drop-foot brace which helps the stepping phase but puts my foot to sleep).

Thanks!
