Default Possible Therapeutics for PD

As most of you know, I spend entirely too much time online researching PD. But it is safer than gambling or chasing loose women, so I persist. Naturally I have accumulated a lot of files - several thousand in fact. A sizeable number relate to various things that have shown promise in one or more of three areas - prevention of further degeneration, minimizing impact of symptoms, and the Grail, neurogenesis. I have just posted a list of 75 such possibilities on my blog and will be adding "flesh to the bones" in coming weeks. All comments and suggestions are welcome and, if any real scientists are lurking out there, feel free to steal it.

Currently (2011) taking 200/50 Sinemet CR 8 times a day + 10/100 Sinemet 3 times a day. Functional 90% of waking day but fragile. Failure at exercise but still trying. Constantly experimenting. Beta blocker and ACE inhibitor at present. Currently (01/2013) taking ldopa/carbadopa 200/50 CR six times a day + 10/100 form 3 times daily. Functional 90% of day. Update 04/2013: L/C 200/50 8x; Beta Blocker; ACE Inhib; Ginger; Turmeric; Creatine; Magnesium; Potassium. Doing well.
