Know that just the thought of even more testing probably has you ready to scream, but MrsD might be onto something for you although EMG can be uncomfortable both during and after for a while.

On a lighter note, how about the Black and Gold last Sunday! Now if they can only do better on first and second and get a lot more TD's than last year.
