I hope you have adequate pain meds! I hate it that you must endure the pain part.......and NO CHICKEN JOKES! I will refrain! Do not want to make you laugh if it spurs on the pain!

I remember always having to have my hand elevated when I had surgery on my left hand.....but it was different than your surgery, so I'm not sure what works best for you. I do remember how it would throb if i didn't keep it elevated.

I pray that you have plenty of help around the house
so you can just let yourself reCOUP <<<--- no pun there!
