I hope your pain is less today, Cyclelops.... I can only imagine!
I've had my share of hand pain... starting at age 5 when my Dad accidently closed the door of the car on my right hand. The tips of the middle two fingers were smashed up to the first knuckle.
There are so many nerves in the hands... I can only imagine surgery there! (this is perhaps why I am having stiffness now in the same finger?)
I remember it to this day, and I recall crying alot at school too. Enough for the teacher to call my parents in for a conference!
(they never took me to a doctor for it).
So I hope you are in less pain today!
