Who told you Nucynta was a combo of Demerol and anti-inflammatory?

Because it is not. It is a souped up form of tramadol.
Tramadol biochemically enhanced to be more potent.

Demerol orally is not used much anymore because it is toxic over time orally (may cause seizures) and just is not absorbed well.

Because it is also a norepi reuptake inhibitor, I'd expect additive and problems with a drug like Cymbalta.

Some people on the RSD forum have tried it. So do a "search" there for those posts. It is fairly new and I haven't seen PN posts about it.
