The Pope visited the UK last week [thursday-sunday]
one image stays in my mind
An old lady at a sheltered accomodation run by the 'Little sisters of the cross'
She among the people reaching out to touch the pope .........did so and looked scared to death and asked for a blessing [obviously unwell and in pain]
The Pope not only held her hand but blessed her forehead [he never did this to anyone else]............this lady looked shocked and in awe
and i shed a tear........................[so nice to see love in what ever form transfered in hope]
