Not me. a brisk walk is all I can do, and I have to start out cold (no warm up). If I warm up first, then walk, I swell up faster and have to stop sooner. I'll start with a brisk walk and then back it down to a stroll, always focusing on posture. I can only do 1 mile and not daily.
Great stress reliever!
