I had a questionable mammogram. Scared me a lot. My mom died of breast cancer so it was even worse.

Turns out I had cysts. They hurt when touched. Have had two questionable mammograms in fact. Both nothing. So do not worry at all.

So relax. If it was really bad, you would have been told right away.
