Hmmm, didn't last
I didn't last more than a week! I need to try again, and this time set a goal for four weeks nothing past eight pm as that is practical for our dinner time. I also do think I may be getting the thirsty/hungry signals mixed up at night, so I think I will make sure I have hot decaf tea available.
I know if I stop this I will start to lose a few pounds, I hope so, it is very upsetting, nothing fits comfortably and I cannot buy new clothes because i have gained weight, eating at night!
I am embarrassed that I haven't stopped this yet with respect to my husband knowing.
Starting tonight, nothing in bed...four weeks.
