Default go slow

Buckwheat,

Before I had my surgery I didn't feel I could do much walking. But now I'm not so bad. I started off very slow, like 10 minutes a day and just kept adding 5 minintes every couple of weeks until I worked up.

I find walking helps my pain alot. Standing up straight and taking in some deep breathes while walking, just feels good, especially when I am all done and know I have accomplished it.

I walk now 7 miles 3-4 times a week.

If you though are on a lot of meds, be careful. Especially if you are having dizziness. Just take things slow. Your not out to run a race.

Peggy
