Why not reward yourself with a nice pedicure when the cast comes off. Just think of warm water bubbling in the foot bath, sudsy water, person is massaging your feet and legs (at least here in Brooklyn, they do your legs up to the knee) and they wash, and massage and it feels wonderful.

There is a pedicure place that adds crystals and wraps the feet in saran wrap.

Let me tell you. THAT IS LUXURY

So tell yourself.

"THE DAY THIS THING COME OFF, I'M GETTING A FANCY PEDICURE!!!"
