Hi there tchr012.
I'm wondering if your dizziness is totally unrelated to the uneurysm, because aneurysms are usually asymptomatic.
If any symptoms exist, the following
may occur for aneurysms in the chest :
* hoarseness
* trouble swallowing
* chest/back pain or discomfort
If the aneurysm is in the abdomen, then symptoms
might include:
* pain or discomfort in the lower abdomen
* pain or discomfort in the lower back area
* or a noticeable swelling/pulsation in the abdomen
Dizziness doesn't usually enter the picture until the aneurysm has begun to leak, and if that has happened, I doubt you are reading here.
A leaking aneurysm needs urgent surgical intervention, so be sure an ambulance is called if you ever experience the following...
* sudden severe abdominal or back pain
* pale clammy skin
* rapid heart rate and breathing
* sudden drop in blood pressure
* loss of consciousness

I hope some of that's been helpful. If you have any concerns you should probably make an appointment to see your doctor.
