Maria, a lot of hospitals will give grants to people who have no insurance, if they have low income. You can call your local hospital and ask to talk to the financial aid advisor. Maybe she can tell you if they give grants for patients who can't pay, and if the immunoglobin treatment would be covered.
Our local hospital has a program like this, and it even covers laboratory tests.
