Default Submit medical records

If you have already applied, submitted your application, I woulld get your medical reports from your doctor(s) and submit them to SSA. Doctors are not always compliant with SSA's requests for information and sometimes SSA just ignores requesting records. Neveer trust the system. Another alternative is to have your doctor(s) submit a letter describing diagnosis and most importantly your limitations.
