Thank you. If you can do it so can I. I will follow all the instructions from the dr. for sure. I go today for PCP, then on the 18th PP. I do want to try to get down as much as possible. I have DJD, in my ankles too, so at some point I will (meet my feet) again pain wise. There must be meds that arn't opiates that work. I really want to do this. ginnie
