I don't think 3 tablespoonfuls is enough for a body bath.
(3 tablespoonfuls is 1.5 ounces)

Maybe for a foot bath in a small container.

I use about 3-4 ounces in a bathtub with sizable water level.

We had someone here try 10 cups! Please don't do that!

Don't use hot water, and only use lukewarm. I just did a 1/2 hr soak of my feet yesterday, and they are very happy today!

Epsom salts make the tub slippery...so do be careful moving about.
