That sounds awful...

In a young person with THREE parasitical diseases I'd really look at life style and figure out how you contracted these, and make some changes.

There is a relatively common nasal pathogen, but it is not a parasite. It colonized the sinuses, and often comes from using Neti Pots frequently with tap water (instead of sterile saline products).

It is a mycobacterium and very resistant to antibiotics, so once a person is infected, it is really hard to eradicate.

This organism also infects surgical areas, when poor sterilization is used (for example where in office plastic surgery cases are done instead of a hospital)

One of our posters on NeuroTalk was colonized with this, and cultures done at Mayo.
